Some of the bands are out of shape, but people don't seem to mind. It's not so noticeable on larger wrists, or when they wear multiple bands. The bands are 1/2 inch wide and 8 1/4 inches long.

This clear sticker with gold font is made of bumper sticker material and is about 11 inches long and 3.5 inches high. After cleaning the window, I misted the window with water, placed the sticker on top, and used a bank card to push all the air out starting in the center of the sticker.
